FreeLite 3 Tent

The MSR FreeLite 3 was developed for those who are traveling in threes - or want more space for two - without compromising on pack weight. With a minimum weight of only 1070 g, it is one of the lightest fully equipped 3-person tents in its class and is ideal for fast trekking tours, bikepacking adventures or alpine crossings. The semi-freestanding construction with lightweight aluminum poles enables quick setup and saves weight without sacrificing stability. Thanks to the rectangular floor plan and the high, steep side structure, the tent offers sufficient sleeping space and freedom of movement - even for tall people or wide mats. Two spacious entrances with separate vestibules make it easy to get in and offer weather-protected storage space for equipment on both sides. The breathable inner material in combination with well-placed ventilation openings ensures a pleasant indoor climate - particularly important on warmer nights or in high humidity. The outer tent and groundsheet have a highly water-repellent coating and provide reliable protection against precipitation and ground moisture. The fabrics used are solution-dyed - a particularly resource-saving process that reduces water and energy consumption during production and at the same time improves the durability of the materials. With its clever room layout, extremely low weight and small pack size, the FreeLite 3 is the perfect choice for tours where every gram counts - but function, comfort and protection are essential.
