<p>The BaseCamp sleeping pad from Therm-A-Rest is ideal if you like to go camping, are looking for a comfortable mat that is not too heavy and, furthermore, offers excellent value for money.</p><p>At 5 cm thick, the mat is comfortable enough so that you don't feel the ground and warm enough so that you can sleep comfy even at temperatures around 0° degrees. The BaseCamp was manufactured in Ireland and naturally comes in the outstanding quality for which Therm-A-Rest has made a name for itself.</p><p>The WingLock valve is extremely practical in the new edition of the mat. It draws in air much quicker so that the mat inflates itself more quickly. When re-inflating, no air comes towards you, as a counter-stop in the valve prevents this. To release the air, you only need to turn the valve and the mat can be rolled up with plenty less resistance.</p>
