<p>The Mammut Kento Pro High GTX are comfortable, sturdy mountaineering boots that offer you ample stability and durability for classic high-altitude mountaineering, despite their excellent range of motion. Of course, they feature a Category C sole suitable for combination crampons—sturdy and featuring a dedicated mount for the heel lever.</p> <p>The waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® lining reliably keeps your feet dry in any weather. The softly padded cuff is very comfortable and allows plenty of freedom of movement. Nevertheless, the lateral support in the ankle area provides excellent protection against twisting. The smooth-operating, two-zone lacing system that extends far forward ensures a precise fit. Additional details, such as the durable split leather made from sustainable Italian production and the all-around TPU scree guard, round out the high-quality features of the Kento Pro High GTX.</p> <p>In addition, the sole—which offers excellent roll-off and comfortable cushioning—is kit out with a special tread pattern from sole specialist Vibram® for superior non-slip performance.</p> <p><span>Size note:</span> Compared to other Mammut hiking boots, the Kento Pro High GTX is slightly smaller.<br></p>
