Crossing the Alps from Munich to Venice

<p>There is evidence of routes and trade routes across the Alps dating back to the Bronze Age, but they have only been important for tourism since the end of the 17th century. Nowadays, there are a whole range of options for crossing the mountain range, which is between 150 and 250 km wide. However, one of the most beautiful routes is probably the one from Munich Central Station to St. Mark's Square in Venice.</p> <p
