<p>The lightweight Altra Men's Torin 9 feature plenty of cushioning and are incredibly comfortable running shoes, perfectly designed for long distances on the road. Compared to its predecessor, understated improvements have been made to the cushioning, upper, and outsole without altering the character of this soft road running shoe.</p> <p>It is the first road running shoe with a specially tuned Vibram® outsole for enhanced grip and excellent abrasion resistance.</p> <p>To best support a natural gait, the soft and efficiently cushioning, 28 mm (medium) thick sole combines a flat foot position with no heel-to-toe drop and maximum flexibility. Furthermore, the outsole features a grooved pattern extending into the midsole that mirrors the natural, anatomically determined movement patterns of the human foot. This provides optimal support for an individual running motion.</p> <p>Furthermore, the fit—especially the wide toe box—adheres to the “Standard Footshape Fit” for a maximally relaxed forefoot area with straight alignment of the big toe.<br> No matter how many kilometers you have to cover, the Torin 9 turns them into a light-on-foot, comfortable experience.</p>
